FOR SPECIAL ORDERS ONLY:

Follow these instructions when you request a special order:

· Please go to the Contact US webpage first, and enter your special order request via email.

· When we receive your request we will contact you either via email or phone to gather more information and ensure we understand [what you want and the time frame of your request].

· Before we quote any prices and dates we will place your order before the Lord and pray, then we will price your request, and provide you with an estimate and the date when your request will be sent/or shipped to you.

· You may then proceed to order and pay for your special order.

· PLEASE NOTE: We treat special orders differently than regular orders, because your specifications require special attention. We will price each order differently depending on the dollar amount of your order, your specifications, the materials, the location, and time frame you are providing us to do your order [USA vs. overseas].

· PROCEEDING TO PAY for your special order. The Contact US page will have an Push button, with the special price we will give you. You will have to 3-working days to click on this Push Button and place your request. We will receive a notification from Paypal letting us know that you have paid. We will reply notifying you that we have received your order. PLEASE SAVE this as your Receipt for any further claims to Paypal

· To further protect us as a Ministry/Internet business, we will NOT proceed with special orders UNLESS THEY ARE PRE-PAID IN FULL.

· TO CANCEL or RETIRE your order after you have paid. You will have up to 3 business days to cancel or retire your order and let us know that you have changed your mind and do not want to proceed with your order.  After 3 days if we do not receive a notification either via email or phone, we both agree that the order is final.
